39th blood transfusion

We’re at the hospital getting Henry’s 39th blood transfusion today and for the first time, I noticed something very special…the ward is covered in sunflowers. As you may have seen, we’ve posted a few times about GIJoey and we’re heartbroken to say that he is being laid to rest today. His family requested sunflowers at the church and it seems so fitting that we’re spending the day surrounded by them. This one’s for you Joey, we’ll always think of you when we see them x
